View and confirm customer orders

Track every purchase made by customers, from class bookings to package sales, and mark bank transfers as confirmed once received.

Open the Orders page

From your admin dashboard, click Orders in the main sidebar. You will see a table of all customer transactions.

Each row shows the order code, amount, customer name, order status, payment status, source, and creation date.

Filter by status

Use the filters to show orders by Order Status (Pending, Confirmed, or Cancelled) or Payment Status (Unpaid, Paid, Awaiting Confirmation, Failed, or Refunded).

Orders with Payment Status Awaiting Confirmation usually mean the customer chose bank transfer and you have not yet confirmed receipt.

Tip Check pending orders at the start of each day so customers are not waiting for their bookings to be activated.

Confirm an order

Click a pending order to open its detail view. Verify the amount matches what was transferred to your account.

Click Confirm Order. The order status changes to Confirmed and the customer's booking or package is activated immediately.

Review order details

Click any order row to see the full breakdown: items purchased, unit price, total, payment method, and timestamps.

The order detail also shows any remarks and a list of transactions linked to this order.
