Open the Courses page
From your admin dashboard, click Courses in the main sidebar. You will see a grid of cards showing every course with its name, enrollment count, and status.
A course is a fixed series of sessions that customers enroll in as a whole — for example, a six-week beginner yoga series or a summer intensive. Unlike a class, which customers book session by session, enrolling in a course signs the customer up for the entire program.
Each card shows how many spots are taken (for example, 3 / 12 Reserved) and a status such as Available, Full, or Enrollment closed.
Start creating a course
Click Add Course in the top-right corner. A form panel slides open with two sections: Basic Settings and Pricing.
Enter a course name and an optional description. The description supports rich formatting, so you can add headings, bullet points, and links. This text appears on the customer booking portal, so explain what the course covers, who it is for, and what customers should bring.
Set the Capacity. This is the maximum number of customers who can enroll in the whole course, shared across all of its sessions.
Tip Use a name that communicates the program and its level, such as "Beginner Reformer 6-Week Series" or "Summer Dance Intensive", rather than an internal code.
Set an enrollment deadline (optional)
Use the Enrollment closes at field to stop new enrollments after a specific date and time. This is useful when you need final numbers before the course starts, for example to order materials or confirm catering.
Leave it blank to keep enrollment open until the course fills up or finishes. Once the deadline passes, the course status changes to Enrollment closed and customers can no longer join.
Configure pricing
In the Pricing section, add at least one pricing row. Each row links a payment method to a cost. Choose Cash or one of your credit packages from the dropdown, then enter the Standard Cost.
The cost covers the entire course — all sessions included — not a single session. You can add multiple rows with Add payment method to offer different ways to pay, such as a one-time cash price or a package credit redemption.
Tip Courses are usually priced as a single upfront payment for the whole series. If you want per-session pricing, use a class with a recurring schedule instead.
Add sessions to the course
Click Submit to save the course, then open it from the Courses grid to reach the course detail page. Click Add Session to schedule each meeting of the course.
For every session, set the Duration and Start Date & Time, then choose the Location, the Staff members teaching it, and the Resources (rooms or equipment spaces) it needs. Customers who enroll in the course are automatically booked into every session you add.
Repeat for each meeting of the program. A six-week course, for example, typically has six sessions. Every session appears in the Sessions table with its start time, staff, location, and status.
Tip Changing the location clears any previously selected resources, so pick the location first.
Enroll customers
Switch to the Enrollments tab on the course detail page and click Add Customer. Search for the customer by name or email. If the customer does not exist yet, create their profile first from the Customers page.
Choose how the customer will pay. The options include Free for complimentary enrollments, one of the customer's active credit packages, or Pay Later for offline payment. Click Add Customer to confirm.
The enrollment appears in the table as Confirmed, the reserved count on the course card increases, and the customer is booked into every session of the course. Customers can also enroll themselves from the booking portal while the course is Available.
Edit, cancel, or make changes later
Click Edit Course on the course detail page to update the name, capacity, enrollment deadline, description, or pricing. Changes apply to new enrollments going forward.
To cancel a single meeting, open the session from the Sessions table and choose Cancel Session from the More Options dropdown. Booked customers are notified automatically.
To cancel the whole course, open the More Options dropdown on the course detail page and select Cancel course. All enrolled customers are notified. To remove a single customer instead, find them in the Enrollments tab and click Cancel — you can optionally compensate them with package credits.
Tip Cancellation is permanent. If you only need to move one meeting to a new time, edit that session rather than canceling the whole course.
