Create credit and pass packages

Click Packages in the sidebar. The list identifies each existing package as Credit or Pass.

Click Add Package to open the creation sheet.

Choose Credit when each booking should deduct credits. Choose Pass when customers should have unlimited eligible bookings during a fixed validity period.

The package type can only be selected while creating the package. Create a separate package if you need the other behavior.

Enter the customer-facing name and description. A credit package can allow sharing so linked members use the holder's combined balance.

Passes cannot be shared, so the sharing option is hidden when you choose Pass.

Open the new package and click Add Plan. Enter the plan name, description, price, and optional per-customer purchase limit.

A credit-package plan requires a credit amount and may have a validity period. A pass plan requires a validity period and has no credit amount.

Edit a class, course, or service option and add the package as a payment method.

Enter the number of credits to deduct for a credit package. A pass always costs zero credits and allows unlimited bookings while it is valid.

Purchase or assign a plan to a test customer, then open an eligible booking. Confirm that a credit package shows the credit cost and a pass shows unlimited access without a balance.
