Assign packages to customers

Sell or gift a package of class credits to a customer so they can book sessions without paying each time.

Open the Packages page

From your admin dashboard, click Packages in the main sidebar. You will see a list of every package type your studio offers.

Create a package type (if needed)

If the package you want to sell does not exist yet, click Add Package. Enter a name and description.

After creating the package type, open its detail page and add Plans. Each plan defines the number of credits, price, and validity period in days. Package types with plans are what you sell to customers.

Tip Common package types include "10 Class Pack", "Monthly Unlimited", or "Intro Offer".

Assign a package to a customer

Go to the customer detail page and switch to the Packages tab. Click Add Package.

Choose the package type from the dropdown. Enter the credit amount and price manually. Set the expiry date using the date picker.

Record payment

Select the payment method used: Free (Complimentary), Pay Later, or Bank Transfer (if enabled).

Click Add Package to add the package to the customer's account. The credits are available for booking immediately.

Tip Free packages are useful for giveaways, staff perks, or making up for a service issue.
