View customer booking history

See every class session, private booking, and rental a customer has attended or cancelled, all in one place.

Open the customer detail page

From the Customers page, click the customer's name in the table. This opens their full profile with tabs for Overview, Bookings, Packages, and Orders.

Browse the bookings tab

Click the Bookings tab to see a chronological list of every session the customer has booked. Each row shows the class name, session time, location, booking status, and attendance status.

Use the status filter to show only upcoming, past, or cancelled bookings.

Check attendance status

For past confirmed bookings, the attendance status shows whether the customer was marked as Attended or Absent. The booking status itself can be Confirmed, Pending, or Cancelled.

Click any booking row to see the full session details, including the instructor and room.

Tip Attendance data feeds into the studio statistics and instructor performance metrics.

View packages and orders

Switch to the Packages tab to see which packages the customer has purchased, how many credits remain, and when each package expires.

Switch to the Orders tab to see every purchase and transaction linked to this customer.
