Open the booking detail
From the service Bookings tab, click the appointment you need to change. This opens the booking detail with customer and provider information.
Reschedule
Click Edit Booking. Change the start time using the date-time picker and adjust the duration if needed. Select the location, staff, and resources for the new time.
Bookjor checks for conflicts when you save. If the new time overlaps with another booking, an error appears and you must choose a different slot.
Tip Contact the customer before rescheduling to confirm the new time works for them.
Cancel with compensation
Open the More Options dropdown and select Cancel Session. Choose whether to compensate the customer. If compensating, select a package type, enter the credit amount, and set an expiry date.
The credit is added to the customer's account as a package. The booking status changes to Cancelled and the customer is notified automatically.
