Upload your logo and favicon

Add your studio logo and browser favicon so the booking portal feels like your brand and customers recognise your business instantly.

1

Open Settings > General

From your admin dashboard, click Settings in the sidebar and then select the General tab. This page controls your account name, description, business hours, and branding assets.

Currency, timezone, and default locale are shown here for reference but cannot be changed — they are locked in during registration.

2

Review your account name and description

Before uploading images, check that your Studio Name and Site Description are correct. The name appears in browser tabs, emails, and the booking portal header. The description is used for SEO and social sharing.

You can also set business hours here. These are display-only and do not restrict scheduling — they simply tell customers when you are normally open.

3

Upload your logo

Scroll to the Logo section and click Upload Logo. Select an image file from your computer. Supported formats include PNG, JPEG, WebP, GIF, AVIF, and BMP.

After uploading, a preview appears above the button. The logo is displayed on your customer booking portal and in email notifications sent by Bookjor.

Tip Use a logo with a transparent background for the best appearance on both light and dark booking portal themes. A width of 512 pixels works well.

4

Upload your favicon

Below the logo, find the Favicon section and click Upload Favicon. A favicon is the small icon that appears in browser tabs next to your studio name.

Supported formats are the same as the logo. A square image of at least 64 by 64 pixels is ideal. The favicon helps customers identify your tab quickly when they have multiple browser tabs open.

5

Check the customer booking portal

Open your public booking URL in a new browser tab. Look at the tab icon to confirm the favicon loaded correctly, and scroll to the header to see your logo.

If either image looks blurry or cropped incorrectly, return to Settings > General and upload a higher-resolution version. Changes are usually visible within a few seconds.

6

Replace images when rebranding

To update your logo or favicon later, simply repeat the upload steps. The new image replaces the old one immediately across the booking portal and all customer-facing pages.

There is no need to delete the old image first. Bookjor handles the replacement automatically.
