Open Auto Cancellation
Open the class detail page, open More Options in the header, and select Auto Cancellation.
The rule belongs to this class and applies to its future sessions. Rules for other classes are unchanged.
Set the attendance threshold
Turn on Enable auto cancellation. In Minimum reservations, enter the fewest confirmed bookings required for a session to run.
In Lead time, enter how many hours before the session Bookjor should check. If confirmed bookings are still below the threshold then, Bookjor cancels the session.
Tip Choose a lead time that gives customers enough notice to change their plans.
Choose customer compensation
To compensate affected customers automatically, turn on Provide compensation.
Choose a Compensation package, enter the Compensation amount, and set the Expiry days. Only credit packages appear because passes cannot be used for cancellation compensation.
Save or disable later
Click Create the first time you add the rule, or Save after editing it. The settings sheet closes after the change succeeds.
To stop future automatic cancellations, reopen the sheet, turn the rule off, and save. Existing canceled sessions are not restored.
