Weekly availability
Set the weekly hours you accept private appointments.
Each staff member and venue can have its own weekly availability. Add several periods within a day to leave room for lunch, teaching, closures, or other commitments. Mark any periods that should use peak pricing.

Automatic conflict checks
When a time is taken, it disappears from the next client’s choices.
Bookjor checks the relevant schedule based on whether the service books a person or a venue. For staff bookings, it checks private appointments, other classes, and blocked time. For venue bookings, it checks whether the space is already in use.

Can staff and venues have different availability?
Yes. Each staff member and venue can have its own weekly booking days and hours. You can add several periods on the same day and mark specific periods as peak time.
What makes a time unavailable?
For staff bookings, existing private appointments, other classes, leave, and breaks are excluded. For venue bookings, times with existing bookings or other scheduled use are unavailable.
How is peak pricing applied?
Set peak and off-peak prices for each service. Bookjor uses the client’s selected appointment start time to determine which rate applies.
What does the advance booking limit do?
It limits how many days into the future clients can book, so you do not open staff or venue schedules before they are settled.
Can clients still cancel after the deadline?
Yes, but credits will not be returned automatically. Studio staff can still adjust credits manually based on the circumstances.
