Choose how clients use a package
Two package types cover different needs. Choose a type first, then decide which classes, course series, or services it covers.
Credit package
Shareable
When a client selects an eligible credit package and confirms a booking, Bookjor deducts the required credits. Use it for group classes, private sessions, venue rentals, or intro offers.
Unlimited pass
Not shareable
An unlimited pass has no credit balance. While it is valid, clients can book the classes or services included in the pass as often as they like.
Set credits for each item
Add several accepted credit types to a class or service and set a cost for each one. You decide how many credits to deduct. The same item can accept both dedicated and all-access credits.

Intro offer setup
Create a credit package for an intro offer, select eligible classes or services, and set the purchase limit per client to one. Each client can buy that same intro package only once.

Set a percentage or fixed-amount discount, choose its active dates and usage limits, and select eligible classes, services, packages, or course series. Promotions work alongside your existing package rules.
FAQ
No. Bookjor does not support auto-renewing memberships or automatic recurring membership charges. Credit packages and unlimited passes are prepaid purchases with their configured balance and validity. When a package is used up or expires, the client needs to purchase another; Bookjor does not automatically renew it or charge for a replacement.
A credit package deducts the specified credits for each eligible booking. An unlimited pass lets clients book selected classes or services without a usage limit during its validity period.
Yes. A class or service can accept several credit types, with a different deduction amount for each type.
