Open the customer profile
From the Customers page, click the customer's name to open their detail page.
Look for the avatar area at the top of the profile card. If no photo has been uploaded, a default placeholder icon is shown.
Upload a photo
Click the avatar image itself. Select a photo from your computer. Supported formats include PNG, JPEG, WebP, and GIF.
The photo is cropped to a square automatically. For best results, use a clear headshot with good lighting.
Tip Customer avatars are visible to staff only. They do not appear on the public booking portal.
Replace or remove
To update the photo, repeat the upload steps. The new image replaces the old one immediately.
There is no delete option, but uploading a new image overwrites the previous avatar.
