Open the class detail page
Navigate to the Classes page and click the class you want to analyse. The Overview tab shows the average fill rate in a stat card.

Read the fill rate
The fill rate is shown as a percentage: booked spots divided by total capacity. A 100% fill rate means every session sold out on average.
The number is calculated across all sessions, so seasonal dips or promotions are reflected accurately.

Act on the data
For underperforming classes, consider moving them to a different time slot, reducing capacity, or bundling them with a popular class.
For high-performing classes, consider adding more weekly sessions or raising prices slightly to capture demand.
Tip Classes with consistently low fill rates are candidates for schedule changes, price reductions, or marketing pushes.
