Manage your Stripe Connect account

Monitor your Stripe integration, check verification status, and update payout settings from the admin dashboard.

Open Settings > Payment

Click Settings in the sidebar and select the Payment tab. The Stripe Connect section shows your current account status, country, and capability indicators.

Review status indicators

The status cards show: Connected, Checkout Status, Account ID, Country, Card Payments, and Requirements. Green means satisfied; yellow or red means action is needed.

If any indicator is incomplete, read the message and click Onboard to collect payments to address it in Stripe's portal.

Update payout details

To change your bank account for Stripe payouts, log into Stripe's external onboarding portal directly. Update the payout account under Settings > Payouts.

Payout schedule is controlled by Stripe and typically follows a 2-day or 7-day rolling basis depending on your country and risk profile.

Tip Keep your Stripe account details current. Outdated business information can trigger holds on your payouts.

Disconnect if needed

If you need to switch to a different Stripe account, contact Bookjor support. Disconnecting Stripe yourself is not supported from the dashboard to prevent accidental disruption of live payments.
