Before you start

A few things worth knowing.

Do clients need to download an app to book?

No. Clients can view your schedule, choose a time, and book on your dedicated booking website. Paid plans also include the Bookjor Client App, so regular clients can book again and check their packages on their phone.

Can clients cancel or reschedule themselves?

Clients can cancel under your studio’s cancellation rules. To reschedule, they contact the studio. Eligible credit bookings canceled before the cutoff have their credits returned under those rules. Clients can still cancel after the cutoff, but credits are not returned automatically; the studio can handle exceptions manually.

What’s included in the Free plan? Does it expire?

The Free plan includes 25 bookings per month, 2 staff members, 1 location, your booking website, the Admin App, and Stripe payments. There’s no time limit or credit card required to start. Stripe processing fees are separate.

Can you help me move from another system?

Yes. We can help with setup, and you can reach us on WhatsApp. On paid plans, Bookjor can import client records and package balances using the supplied CSV template. For other data, share the format with us first so we can confirm what’s possible.
